What does your per-square-foot rate include?
Our PKR 3,600 per square foot rate covers the complete grey structure — foundations, reinforced concrete frame, brickwork, plaster and roofing — with branded materials, labour, supervision and project management. Finishing, electrical and plumbing fittings, design fees and authority charges are quoted separately — always in writing before we start.
How long does a 10 Marla house take to build?
Typically 10–12 months for a double-storey turnkey build: around 5–6 months for grey structure and 5–6 months for finishing, depending on design complexity and weather. Your contract includes a committed handover date.
Which material brands do you use?
A-grade brands only: DG or Maple Leaf cement, Mughal or Amreli steel, and branded electrical, sanitary and finishing materials as itemised in your agreement. Every delivery is verified on site and logged in your weekly report.
How is the payment schedule structured?
Payments are linked to construction milestones — foundation, each slab, brickwork, plaster, finishing stages and handover. You pay as work completes, never far in advance.
Do you handle map approvals and NOCs?
Yes. We coordinate architectural submissions, society approvals, and utility connections as part of turnkey scope — you sign documents, we do the running around.
What warranty do you provide after handover?
A 10-year structural guarantee on grey structure, plus a 1-year workmanship warranty covering finishing items. And we stay reachable — most of our business comes from past clients referring their families.
